向市政府报告问题有了新方法

您是否有发现乱倾倒的垃圾？在您附近非法停放的汽车、街道上的坑洞或者杂草丛生的角落？如果有，您可以轻松的打开手机向市政府报告。云登市(Wyndham)推出了一个全新的在线应用程序，允许居民只需点击几下手机就可以便捷的在线向市政府报告问题，无需填写任何纸质表格或等待电话。

市智慧城市部主席安亚伦(Aaron An)议员表示，在线应用程序是一种友好、便捷的与市民互动的方式，让市政府及时了解到何时何地出现了问题。

“市政府了解我们忙碌的居民不希望仅仅为了向市政府反应一些小问题，而花时间电话联系市政府，”安议员说，"所以我们开发了新的在线报告问题应用程序。它提供了一种更简单的方法让市政府来快速记录、处理您发现需要处理、解决的事情”。

“在一个人人都可以轻松在线订购食物，在线与全世界任何角落的亲人、朋友视频通话的时代，我们的居民不应该还需要亲自跑到市政府去填写表格反映问题。”

“这个新的Report an Issue网络程序，急需要四步，就可以向市政府汇报问题。您只需填写您发现问题的位置、细节信息、上传相关照片，然后添加您的联系方式就可以了。这个网络程序可适用于非紧急事项，如：垃圾，非法停车和杂草等问题。这个网络应用程序手机界面友好，可直接在几乎任何苹果、安卓的设备上访问，您甚至不需要下载、安装任何程序！“

“我很高兴市政府继续研究让居民更容易跟市政府沟通的方法，我相信社区居民会发现这个网络程序非常有用。”
