云登市当地杰出的女学生将聚集起来，参加一个庆祝科学、技术、工程和数学的比赛活动。SmartHer云登市挑战赛将在云登科技学校(Wyndham Tech School)举办，届时将会有13到17岁的聪慧的女学生使用创新与新兴技术来以社区问题为主题，参加挑战赛。

云登市智慧城市部主席安亚伦(Aaron An)议员表示，此次活动是支持对STEM(科学、技术、工程或数学)感兴趣的女学生，并激发女性参与科技行业，并成为她们职业生涯规划的一个很好的激励方式。

“我们很荣幸能与云登科技学校合作举办这项活动，鼓励女性从事科学、技术、工程和数学方向的职业，”安议员说，“在2017年，STEM相关行业女性之占24％。这个数字还不够好。我们知道社区中有很多聪明的女性，因此我们很自豪能够在云登科技学校举办这个活动。”

“与头脑风暴竞赛类似，我们将看到一群年轻有朝气的女学生们与教育工作者、行业领袖一起团队合作，通过智能技术来参加解决挑战。在云登市，我们正致力于成为一个智慧城市，通过运用技术和数据分析，为我们提供应对挑战的工具和并且探寻解决办法。我们很荣幸能够成为这个领域的领导者，而这一赛事就是另一个例子。”
