云登市《2019/20年度市政规划与财政预算草案》公示
《云登市2019/20年度规划与预算》草案已经于从这周三早上公示，居民可以在5月14日（星期二）下午5点前，提交正式或非正式的意见反馈。
每年，云登市议会都会制定年度计划与预算，概述市政府在下一个财政年度所要做的工程项目和服务。
这个草案的起草工作由以下愿景、计划和策略作为依据：
- 云登市2040社区计划
- 云登市城市计划2017/21
- 云登市区域计划2017/21
- 其他相关策略和计划 将指导、管理市政府的日常运营、土地使用，以及对社区提供的相关服务。
市政府为了建设一个繁荣、充满活力的社区，向居民提供广泛的社区服务、活动、基础设施，以及对州和联邦政府提出发展建议。为了确保对未来财务的良好管理，市政府需要做出选择优先考虑一些工作事项。市政府在全市范围内的社区咨询活动，以及意见反馈平台可以帮助市议会深入了解社区的需求，并且帮助市政府开展工作，寻找更好地解决这些挑战的方法。
这份年度计划和预算草案不仅有道路和公园升级等基本基础设施建设项目，还有一系列的城市塑造项目，这些项目将有助提升云登市的整体宜居性。
2019/20年度的年度计划和预算中包括约1.39亿澳元的基建工程支出，以及约2.74亿澳元的运营费用，为我们的居民、工作者、访客提供60多种不同的服务。
关于社区咨询
从2018年10月到2019年3月，云登市的居民社区获得了一系列向市政府反馈的机会。感谢所有提供了意见反馈的居民。
社区一共提交了773个想法和建议。这些想法中的每一个都经过了市政府的审查，并在社区参与报告中概述了主要结论。
您如何为市年度规划与预算草案的公示做出贡献
有两种方式参与并为这个草案的公展所贡献：
- 填写市议会在线社区参与平台的调查表格提供非正式反馈。
- 填写市议会在线社区参与平台的调查表格提供正式反馈。您如果提交正式反馈，则需要在2019年6月11日（星期二）的市政公开会上向市议会及公众做演讲展示。
公展的意见反馈需要在2019年5月14日（星期二）下午5点之前提交。
如果您不想在线提供意见反馈，您还可以在市内的各图书馆和社区中心填写并提交。
在提意见反馈之前，您也需要了解清楚各级政府的职责和管辖范围，有些重要的基建和服务在州政府的管辖下，具体了解市政府给州政府的建议清单，请访问www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/advocacy。
下一步将发生什么
在2019年5月14日（星期二）下午5点公示结束以及6月11日（星期二）市政公开会正式提交的并演讲结束后，最终的年度计划和预算将在6月25日（星期二）审议，并于2019年6月26日（星期三）向公众发布。
