动议572 - 停车场和公共交通解决方案

市议会:
1. 注意到社区越来越担心Williams Landing和云登市其他火车站缺少停车位的问题，市议会收到收到市民的请愿进一步证明了这一点。
2. 认可任何火车站旁多层停车场的建议都是更复杂和昂贵的项目，可能需要州政府在规划和资助方面的合作
3. 要求根据今晚收到的有关停车位问题的请愿，向市议会提交考虑了任何可行性和其他相关因素的市政府报告
4. 要求在2018年3月之前就云登市公共交通的优先倡导事项提供更详细的报告，包括：
    a. 改善公交服务（增加频率和额外路线）
    b. 在高峰时段改善城轨公交服务所可能面对的限制和机会
    c. 云登市其他新火车站的时间表

我们城市的人口正在快速增加，交通问题成为我们需要解决的首要问题之一。

可靠的公共交通是解决道路拥堵问题的关键因素之一。研究表明，相互连接的公共交通系统是实现“30分钟社区”和智慧城市的关键，因为它可以确保居民可以获得所需的工作、资源和服务。

Williams Landing和云登市其他火车站的停车场在高峰时段已经满员，而且这种情况正在恶化。

此动议旨在接收关于长期存在的解决停车问题的进一步的市政建议，以及所有相互补充的公共交通解决方案。
