9月28日(星期一)开始实施的解封第2步规则

概况

  • 宵禁将于明早(9月28日)5点结束
  • 仍然必须戴口罩。不能只带面部防护罩。

只能因为以下原因在距离家5公里内外出：

  1. 购买食品或其他必需品。
  2. 提供护理或寻求治疗；
  3. 锻炼（每天2小时与孩子一起进行户外运动）
  4. 工作或学习，仅当您在允许的工作或学习行业中时。
  • 亲密伴侣的限制规则不变。
  • 独自生活的人可以选择一位访客。

变动：

  • 来自两个家庭的最多5人在户外聚会。
  • 可以出门照顾孩子。

教育与儿童护理

  • 所有小学生将于10月12日返回学校上学。
  • 所有专业学校、VCE学生将于10月12日返回学校上学。
  • VCE和VCAL学生可以从10月5日起到学校参加“基本”的评估。
  • 7-10年级的学生将继续进行远程学习，除非得到豁免许可。
  • 幼儿园Kinder：第四学期将开始返园
  • 托儿所Childcare：向所有孩子开放，无需许可证。

工作与工业

  • 仅允许有COVID-SAFE计划的行业复工。州政府将公布详细信息。
  • 房地产业恢复看房。
  • 美容师可以开始预约。
  • 割草服务可以恢复。

购物与食品

  • 购物：取消每户每天一人外出购物的限制。
  • 餐饮：仅外卖和送货。
  • 零售：仅基本需求，在线购物，然后提货。
  • 5公里内规则继续适用。

锻炼身体：

  • 在距离您家或工作场所5公里的范围内，每天最多2小时。
  • 每位健康教练最多可进行2人的私人培训。
  • 室外游泳池开放，有密度限制。
  • 户外操场已经开放。

医院探访、健康相关：

  • 每天一位访客，可以探访2个小时。
  • 18岁以下的住院者可以父母两人同时探访。
  • 可以恢复看牙医了。
  • 州政府将进一步公布更多康养相关的信息。

公众聚集（尚未更改）

  • 婚礼最多只能有5人参加。
  • 只有10名送葬者可以离开墨尔本大都会区区参加地方上举办的葬礼。
  • 宗教集会最多5人在户外。
