《云登市2019年度计划和预算》草案

我一直在努力确保我们城市的居民能够获得我们不断增长的社区所需的服务和基础设施。

我们了解Point Cook Rd和Sneydes Rd交叉口是社区的需要解决的优先事项，同时也是市政府的优先事项。市议会工作人员正在与州政府的公路管理局VicRoads密切合作，制定升级该交叉口的设计方案，包括交通信号灯。掘土动工计划将在下一个财政年度完成。

Old Geelong Rd和Sayers Rd之间的Forsyth Rd的升级拓宽项目即将结束，将有助于减少该地区的拥堵。

我很高兴看到Williams Landing图书馆和社区中心项目将进入规划和设计阶段，有许多当地居民已经等待这个项目多年。

过去两年，市政府做的《图书馆服务策略》和其他相关服务规划工作为这一基础设施项目奠定了基础。

还有令人兴奋的是东Truganina综合家庭学习中心将于今年年底完成并将于明年开放。另一个Truganina综合家庭中心也将于明年初开始施工，预计将于2021年开始运营。

作为市智慧城市部的主席，我很高兴看到我们市正积极向智慧城市迈进。智能的运动场规划、监测和管理项目将帮助我们更好地了解我们市众多运动空间的使用方式，以及他们如何满足社区的需求。拥有这些信息将极大地支持市议会就未来投资做出自信和透明的决策，并能够帮助我们最大限度地利用这些资源和设施。

此项目与联邦政府合作，在澳洲甚至可能在全球范围也是前所未有过的尝试。提供各运动场使用的实时模型将不仅使云登市成为游戏规则的改变者，更将影响到澳洲乃至全世界的运动场竞技、运动领域。

重要的是，市政府继续着重推进城市创新，从而提升并改善我们的城市。

提到智慧城市，我还想提一下西部照明项目的第3阶段工程。

市议会已经升级了超过15,000个灯，其中包括3,500个智能节能灯。该项目通过使用可靠的LED节能技术改善道路安全，并将在20年内为市政府节省超过1500万美元的能源使用和维护成本。

我也很高兴看到Williams Landing Blvd Reserve项目，其中包括运动馆、停车场、球场、绿化将于今年完工。Lawrie Emmins Reserve的总体规划也正在进行中，Bensonhurst Parade Reserve的运动馆、停车场和Point Cook的Homestead Rd Reserve的运动馆的设计工作也都正在进行中。

绿化管道项目包括2200万升雨水收集计划、来灌溉保护带和邻近的开放空间，改善我们的水道健康和证明我们绿色灌溉和未来的景观供水。市议会成功地获得了州政府超过1000万的项目专项资金，用于实施第5区的总体规划。

市长女士，这份年度计划和预算中有很多好的项目，由于时间原因我无法提及所有这些项目。我赞扬理事会工作人员为这份草案所做的所有努力和工作，并衷心的期待听到社区的反馈意见。
