云登市《智慧城市策略》

我很高兴支持采用云登市历史上首个《智慧城市策略》的议案，该策略现已准备好向公众发布。我很高兴作为市智慧城市部主席领导这一历程。

云登市将为城市设定新标准。我们的未来将以创新、机遇、包容、创造力和可持续性为标志。我们将利用技术和数据，在全球领先的智慧城市中占据一席之地。我们将通过《智慧城市实施计划》来执行此策略。该实施计划属于智慧城市策略的一部分，代表了我们的目标和对社区的承诺。

我为此计划感到自豪，并期待支持计划中的那些具体倡议，这些倡议已根据社区所需的重要事项进行了优先排序 - 居民告诉了我们，我们认真的聆听了居民的声音。

我们的智慧城市计划侧重于交通、社区安全、教育，环境和可持续发展、以数据为基础驱动、以合作为向导、富有创新精神，并且我们没有忘记市政府存在的意义和要服务的人 - 我们的社区。我们的智慧城市实施计划是以我们的居民为中心的。这些倡议都是以我们的社区为中心的。

市长女士，在一些问题上，我们将与居民做进一步的咨询，来确定他们的需求，从而确保我们提供增值服务或产品，来满足居民的期望。我们将使用复杂的客户体验模型和方法来完成这些任务。

我要感谢Adam Mowlam博士、市智慧城市办公室工作人员、市智慧城市委员会成员、市议会的议员同事们、市政府高级领导团队为这份策略的制定所做的支持，以及在咨询阶段参与的数百名社区居民。如果没有所有的这些努力，我们就不会由今天的这个策略。我期待着与市政府工作人员、合作伙伴共同努力，向广大居民提供这一策略及其价值。
