According to Remplan, the Williams Landing Town Centre is a $1.5billion township development project. It is estimated to have 23,000 jobs upon completion, and it is set to become a major centre in Melbourne’s west. With four new residential neighbourhoods, a town centre and great transport connections, Williams Landing will be a destination for business, retail and entertainment and a gateway to Wyndham.

The Town Centre is 45 hectares in area, which compares with the CBD’s of Dandenong, Frankston, Box Hill and Geelong. There are significant opportunities for businesses to take advantage of the strategic location with the town centre proposed to accommodate around 25,000 square metres of shops, 35,000 square metres of bulky goods and 34,000 square metres of office space.

Williams Landing Town Centre is a designated Priority Development Zone, which means flexible planning to encourage high-quality commercial, retail and mixed-use development with no height limits, reduced car parking requirements for some uses and reduced advertising requirements applications.

Williams Landing is provided with exceptional transport connections for both business and residents. Retail, office and diversity of commercial opportunities:

  • Direct access to Princes Freeway.
