Wyndham City is reminding residents that they can save time by making requests, payments and viewing Town Planning permit applications online.

Paying animal registration renewals, council rates, making customer service requests, and chatting online with a customer service representative are just some of the many online transactions that residents can take advantage of.

Residents and can also view details of town planning applications in the Online Planning register or view planning documents for advertised town planning permits on Wyndham City’s website.

Wyndham City’s Portfolio Holder for Smart City, Cr Aaron An said Council understands that residents lead busy lives and that’s why we have made it easy and convenient for residents to make a number of transactions online.

“It’s part of Council’s overall commitment to improve the ways that residents can interact with Council and provide the standard of service we all expect from organisations today,” Cr An said.

“Since launching Council’s new user-friendly website in July 2016, we have not only seen a huge increase in the number of visitors to the website there has also been a significant spike in the number of online transactions.”

"Council is very passionate about improving the services we offer residents, like our website, and we are continuously looking at ways to make them better. By making it easier for residents to communicate with Council and do everyday tasks, we can make our City more efficient."
