The draft master plan sets out a long-term vision for Lawrie Emmins Reserve that is focused on creating opportunities for increased community use and deterring anti-social behaviour
The draft master plan proposes a state-of-the-art reserve, with unparalleled connections to main roads, public transport and trail networks – including the Federation Trail.
I’m looking forward to receiving community feedback on this vision for the reserve.
