The Mainview Boulevard Family Learning Centre ((previously known as Truganina East New Early Learning Centre) located at 49 Mainview Boulevard, Truganina is now complete.
This facility provides families in the growing suburb of Truganina with local access to a range of family services, which includes early education & care service, maternal & child health and specialist support services for children. It will provide families access to an additional 99 kindergarten places.
The project costed $6.4 million and was jointly funded by Wyndham City Council, State Government Department of Education & Training (DET) and Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP). The Andrews Labor Government provided Wyndham City Council $2,430,000 towards the new centre through with grants from the Children’s Facilities Capital Program, and the Growing Suburbs Fund.
"Truganina is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Victoria," Cr Aaron An visited the site and said, " A lot of young families are moving into this area. We definitely need facilities like this to provide services to the local residents."
