《云登市海岸与水域管理方案》

《云登市海岸与水域管理方案》作为我市与本地社区共同努力的成果，将作为未来进一步打造和开发云登市海岸线的框架。

我很开心的看到社区民众从2018年起便全面参与了该方案的前期筹备，居民的愿望和想法是我们在方案中制定重要执行计划的优先考虑。

该项目中，州政府相关部门参与并共同制定了关于沿海规划和海洋环境管理的部分，发挥了重要的作用。

该方案体现了我市对土地可持续发展的管理理念，同时方案中包含的对海平面上升的预测和对海洋环境及沿海边缘地带重要植被种类绘制的部分，将为未来该区域的规划做指引。

该方案中概述的一系列沿海旅游和周边土地的开发机会都将为我市吸引更多的游客。

我很高兴的看到，该方案在实施过程中包含的一系列重大举措将有助于云登市打造成一个现代的高度互通的适应型城市。其中包括：

  1. 开发连接圣湖区(Sanctuary Lakes)和咸水湾(Saltwater Coast)社区的徒步木栈道和人行桥；
  2. 对坎贝尔湾(Campbells Cove)进行总体规划，以指导未来道路路线及广场的升级改造工程。
  3. 对K路岩壁整体规划的实施。

此《海岸与水域管理方案》为市议会提供了一个独特的机会，将促进我市更好的规划和更为积极的促进投资来改善海岸线。

该方案的实施将为我们的后代留下持久的遗产，未来他们可以更容易的接触到海边美好的大自然和风景线，更好的社区设施和沿海湾道路。

在此我衷心的感谢Ludo、Antoniette以及此方案的作者Sue的伟大工作，以及参与了这个方案制定，并给予了宝贵意见的所有人。
