Eligible drink containers
What can be recycled
Most aluminum, glass, plastic and carton beverage containers between 150 ml and 3 liters.
Check the beverage container for the 10c mark (the mark is usually located near the barcode).
Do not squeeze the container (caps can be placed on them and can be recycled).
What can't be recycled
Certain beverage containers are not eligible for redemption. These include:
- Pure milk bottle
- Red wine bottle
- Liquor bottle
- Containers of 1 liter or more for juice, flavored milk or water
- Containers smaller than 150ml cannot be recycled
- Containers larger than 3 liters
Recycling point type
- Automatic recycling machine: Place the container into the recycling machine. These containers will be scanned, so the barcode must be clearly visible.
- Recycling warehouse: suitable for large-volume recycling. Walk into the warehouse or drive through at any time and have your beverage containers counted without leaving your car.
- Counter service: In some places, local businesses offer counter service similar to recycling warehouses.
- Pop-up Events: Follow special events in your area.
