International Students Emergency Relief Funds

I support the government to provide financial support to international students. The state government announced a $45 million Emergency Relief Fund last Wednesday (29 April 2020) for international students facing financial hardship as a result of coronavirus.

More than 150,000 international students currently living in Victoria are also eligible for the state government’s rent relief program, and those legally allowed to work in Victoria are eligible for the Working for Victoria initiative.
