Summary
A range of social cohesion and employment pathways initiatives are being joined together in a focused effort to support social and economic inclusion in Wyndham. Funding sources have been identified and partnerships with key organsiations have been established. A Social and Economic Inclusion Taskforce is proposed to bring together business, community and government to guide the development of current and future initiatives.

Recommendation
- That Council endorse the establishment of a Social and Economic Inclusion Taskforce representative of business, community and government to provide input into the development of a range of initiatives designed to support local people to participate in work and community life.
- That Council delegate the appointment of an independent chair to the CEO.
- That Council appoint Councillors, ___________, to the Social and Economic Inclusion Taskforce for the remainder of the Council term.
