Wyndham Urban Framework Plan (WUFP), Engagement Framework
Summary
Council support is being sought to consult the Wyndham community and other stakeholders on the Wyndham Urban Framework Plan (WUFP), Emerging Options Paper. This community and stakeholder consultation will seek community feedback on the proposals within the Wyndham Urban Framework Plan (WUFP).
It is intended for the Wyndham Urban Framework Plan to be developed with the community in a way that enables the community to interact with it and make it their own through a process known as co-design.
The Emerging Options Paper that has been prepared is, as the name suggests, a document about setting out potential emerging options for how to transform Wyndham from the current suburban offering to a modern, more urbanised future for Wyndham. The Emerging Options Paper is purely consultative and has not been designed to be in the definitive version of realising this transformation.
This report recommends Council seek community feedback on this paper.
